Booth Creek Wagyu Expands to Prairie Village, Offering Premium Wagyu Cuts

Booth Creek Wagyu, known for its top-tier Wagyu beef, is set to open a new location in Prairie Village, Kansas.

The new store, located at 5328 W. 95th St., will offer premium cuts such as brisket, ribs, and steaks, along with a line of Wagyu beef jerky.

This expansion follows the success of their first Kansas City area location in Overland Park, which opened last year.

Owner Dave Dreiling, who started the Wagyu-only meat market in 2021 after purchasing a small processing plant near Manhattan, Kansas, is confident about the unique offerings.

“You just can’t get this anywhere else,” Dreiling said.

Wagyu beef, known for its high-fat content and marbling, has gained a loyal following, and Dreiling’s focus on local sourcing ensures quality with a personal touch.

Booth Creek Wagyu plans to open its Prairie Village store by late November or early December, just in time for the holiday season.
