Chomps Promotes Tim Bosslet to Chief Financial Officer Following Record Growth

CHICAGO – Chomps, the meat snack brand, has named Tim Bosslet as its new chief financial officer (CFO), a month after announcing plans to open a new processing facility in Missouri.

Bosslet, who has been with the company since 2019, previously held key roles such as senior director, vice president, and senior vice president of finance.

Before joining Chomps, Bosslet honed his skills at J.P. Morgan in investment banking and worked with emerging food companies at Houlihan Lokey. His culinary training and prior food industry experience add practical depth to his financial expertise.

The promotion follows a successful year for Chomps, with a remarkable 206% growth in annual sales, reflecting the company’s rapid expansion.

Pete Maldonado, co-founder and co-CEO of Chomps, said, “Tim Bosslet has been instrumental in shaping our financial strategy. With Tim at the helm of our financial operations, we are confident in our ability to continue expanding and achieving new milestones as a brand.”

In his new role, Bosslet will oversee financial sustainability and help drive the company’s strategic growth. “I am incredibly grateful for this opportunity,” said Bosslet.

“Being part of Chomps’ remarkable growth over the past few years has been an exciting time in my career, and I look forward to stepping into this new role as we continue to reach new audiences and expand our distribution.”

This appointment marks another step forward for Chomps as it continues to expand and cement its position in the meat snack industry.
