José Andrés’ Bazaar Meat Relocates to Venetian: Iconic Las Vegas Steakhouse Gets a New Home in 2025
José Andrés’ acclaimed steakhouse, Bazaar Meat, is set to close its doors at the Sahara Las Vegas and relocate to the Palazzo at the Venetian Resort in 2025.
Known for its inventive dishes, extraordinary cocktails, and dramatic presentations, Bazaar Meat has been a fixture in Las Vegas since 2014.
The restaurant is renowned for its distinctive offerings, including its tasting menus that feature everything from crispy chicken-bechamel fritters to foie gras wrapped in cotton candy.
The move to the Palazzo comes as part of Venetian’s $1.5 billion reinvestment project, which also includes the addition of California-based Gjelina and the Michelin-starred Cote Steakhouse.
Despite the relocation, Bazaar Meat will retain the creative elements that have made it a standout in the Las Vegas culinary scene, such as specialty cuts served at the sushi-style meat bar and the open-flamed grills that infuse the air with rich aromas.
The Sahara Las Vegas will continue to operate Bazaar Meat into 2025, with plans to announce a new restaurant partner soon.
This shift solidifies the Venetian’s status as a destination for steakhouse aficionados, joining the ranks of Emeril Lagasse’s Delmonico Steakhouse, Wolfgang Puck’s Cut, and Smith & Wollensky.
