Former Vegan Claims Carnivore Diet Transformed Her Health, Skin, and Energy
Victoria Ferraz, a 23-year-old law student from Atlanta, Georgia, has embraced a strict carnivore diet after being dissatisfied with her previous vegan lifestyle, which she now describes as “vegan propaganda.”
Following a seven-month stint without any fruits or vegetables, Victoria eats only meat, eggs, and butter, claiming it has drastically improved her health, skin, and energy levels.
Her diet consists mainly of rib-eyes, bacon, and grass-fed beef patties, along with butter-laced coffee.
She believes that eliminating sugar, carbs, and plant-based foods has helped her overcome joint pain, acne, bloating, and even hypothyroidism, which she previously thought she would have for life.
Despite the criticism she has faced, Victoria remains adamant that the carnivore diet has transformed her life.
She encourages others to research and consider a diet based on animal products for health benefits, stating, “I would never go back to [veganism] because I felt so bad, and now I feel so good.”
Although her transformation has drawn skepticism from some, Victoria’s story highlights the growing popularity of the carnivore diet and its appeal to those looking to take control of their health and well-being.
