Leroy Meats to Open Soon in Ripon
After months of anticipation, Leroy Meats is gearing up to open its new Ripon store, the third location for the business following Horicon and Fox Lake. The Ripon store will offer a range of high-quality meats, sausages, cheeses, and Leroy’s pizza.
However, unlike the other locations, Ripon won’t serve hot meals, focusing instead on cut meats and grocery items.
Co-owner Steve Christian, who runs Leroy Meats with his wife Valerie and business partner Brandon Sosinsky, is excited about expanding into Ripon. “We’ve been looking for the right spot, and Ripon seemed like a great fit,” Christian said.
The store, managed by Don and Shelly Naparalla, will feature locally produced cheeses, butcher shop meats, and bulk meat packages. Additionally, they’ll offer deer meat processing (as long as it’s deboned), with the processing done at their Fox Lake location.
While the team hasn’t announced an exact opening date, they’re aiming for early October, and the Ripon community’s curiosity and excitement are evident.
The new store, located at 800 West Fond du Lac St., has generated plenty of buzz, especially with the installation of the Leroy Meats sign.
