  • Phase 3 (10 weeks): Oil is reintroduced along with a weekly treat meal that can include sugar, alcohol, or dairy while maintaining a calorie intake of around 1,200 calories per day.
  • Phase 4 The Forever Phase: Designed to help followers maintain long-term healthy habits.

Ravenshear claims the diet’s benefits go beyond weight loss, including improved energy, better sleep, glowing skin, and reduced inflammation.

She emphasizes that weight loss is a side effect of rebalancing hormones and reducing inflammation rather than the primary goal.
