Meat Institute Unveils Emerging Leaders Class of 2025
In a bid to shape the next generation of talent, the Meat Institute has unveiled its Class of 2025 Emerging Leaders, an impressive group of 24 individuals chosen for their potential and dedication to the meat and poultry industry.
This year’s class marks the largest ever, underscoring the program’s appeal and the competitive selection process.
Julie Anna Potts, Meat Institute President and CEO, remarked, “The Emerging Leaders Class of 2025 – our largest-ever class – is an incredibly well-rounded and talented group that stood out in a highly competitive applicant pool.”
She added that the program is designed to provide participants with critical insights, foster strong relationships with industry veterans, and broaden their understanding of industry dynamics.
A Program Built on Experience and Opportunity
Sponsored by Cryovac Brand Food Packaging, the Emerging Leaders Program offers participants exclusive opportunities, including networking events, leadership training, and an advocacy trip to Washington, DC.
Each member is also paired with a personal industry mentor and gains access to board meetings, enriching their knowledge of both industry-wide initiatives and operational practices.
The program aligns with the Protein PACT’s continuous improvement goals, highlighting industry sustainability and innovation.
